We bought this bed 2 1/2 years ago, on recommendation from a family member.... salesman at Slummerland pushed this mattress...now I know why... depressions with mid bed "ridge" VERY uncomfortable on back and joints!!!! The 10 year warranty was denied... "depressions not deep enough".... NOW WORKING TO TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY TEMPUR PEDIC!!!!!!!!

I have not had a nights rest in years without back pain. Went to Mattress Firm and spent 3 hours laying on mattresses to finally be convinced to try a tempurpedic. I am SO glad that I did. It has been phenomenal. I LOVE the zero gravity too. Have slept like a baby with NO back pain! Would 100% recommend!

The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. I owned a Classic Tempurpedic for 15 years when they only made two styles. It served us well but finally dented to the point that replacement was required. I now sleep alone and weigh 100 pounds so the store's computerized mattress analysis determined I need the softest mattress. Since I live near the coast, it's cold most of the year. I wanted a mattress which retains warmth. I've had the Soft Adapt Queen for three weeks, and it is softening up and adapting to my body temperature and sleep pattern. It's light enough for me to lift the corners and attach fitted sheets. I intend to keep it and hope it becomes even better with use. This model is definitely an upgrade from my old one.

We read the reviews and know experience a truly amazing sleep. Our Tempur-pedic mattress is extremely nicer than anything we have slept on. Husband is a touch on the heavier side for 5'10" & I am average sized 5'4" in our 40's. We bought the Pro-Adapt Medium/Hybrid King size & love how we don't feel the other toss/turn or get up at night. The convenience of zip off top cover to keep is hypoallergenic made this an easier decision. We hope this brings us many years of comfort & joy : if you know what I mean.

We owned a Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody mattress for many years. We were waking up many times thru the night, as our body was hurting. With our new Pro Adapt soft, we are sleeping thru the night and waking up feeling rested. The mattress is firm enough to be supportive, but soft enough to keep our shoulders and hips cradled. I know there are a lot of copy cat memory foam mattresses, but I am a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer. These mattresses hold up the way cheaper mattresses cannot. The only problem is that I can't wait to get back into bed after my day!

We fell in love with this mattress in the store. When ours was delivered to us it was so stiff. When my husband gets in bed I roll to the middle. I've had Tempur-pedic before and absolutely loved it but this one is not as good. We've had it for two months hoping it would break in but not much improvement.

Took a lot of time deciding on a new mattress as they are not cheap... Spend the money! Tempurpedic is a life saver for me and I will never be able to go back to a regular mattress ever. I adjusted to the difference the first week. I used to wake up through out the night with back pain and arm pain as I am a stomach sleeper and never could get comfortable on my old mattress which was a very good quality mattress as well but never could get through the night on it without waking up in pain of some sort... Thinking I am just getting old! Tempurpedic has changed my life.. Seriously. I wake up ready to go and no more aches and pains... Worth every penny!

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. Due to my husband's back issues, we have changed mattresses over the years like we change shoes. He has slept more hours through the night and is rested in the morning for the first time in years. I have not really cared what mattress we had, but now that we have this bed I'll have a strong opinion! We would recommend going directly to a flagship store to purchase the bed. Yes, this bed is more expensive but it is worth every penny. We have spent far more over the years on mattresses and mattress pads looking for a solution and we had no idea we were just wasting money.
