With back issues, some the result of osteoporosis, I experienced just the right firmness and "give" in my purchase. I am getting ache-free nights sleep.

This product is great, it allows my body to level into postures that don't lead to aches and pains later. I sleep through the night without waking up with some sort of pain from poor sleeping position.
