[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not possibly describe how much I like this bed - when I'm away from home I actually miss it. There is no other bed that is as comfortable as my Tempurpedic. This mattress supports my body all over and creates no painful pressure points or uncomfortable body alignments. I've always had trouble getting quality sleep, but since getting this mattress that's changed. I now find that I feel much more rested upon waking. I've had my mattress since Dec. 2018 and I can honestly say it's the best investment of my money. My mother loved it so much she bought one.

I had heard they were hot to sleep on and it took a long time to break in. I was reluctant to commit. The salesman assured us we would have 100 nights to sleep on it and decide if it was for us. We have loved it since the first night. It is not hot at all to sleep on. We did not have to break it in and we love the adjustable base we added to it. My favorite part is the massage setting. Overall we are very happy with the whole system and would buy it again.

I regret going beyond the 90 days and was hoping that after several online comments on Facebook that someone from the company would reach out and try and make it right m. That's true customer service. Soon as this is paid it will get thrown in the trash and I'll purchase from a competitor.

Never had such extreme pain in shoulders and hip with tingling in hands , waking up early morning hours such as 12:00 1:00am etc. Not sleeping waiting for our 30 days so we can exchange or get rid of it. Now we are waiting for soft pro adapt praying it will relief pain also purchase adjustable frame. Furniture store where we purchase does not refund how wonderful, so we had to go with another temper pedic. needless to say the expense is out of this world. Living on social security now this will hit us hard . well suck it up butter cup and learn from this experience never again! I google this problem was surprise to find I'm not alone with this discomfort . Just weird. My husband has no problem. I've started sleeping on our old mattress in another room which is strange after 43 years of marriage, and to my surprise the pain has eased up and back to normaL after four days. so I thought I give the bed another try and slept on husband side of bed , well the pain woke me up again and tingling in hands. Keep fingers cross peps that soft pro adapt will solve this problem should be here in another week they say.

I fell in love with this bed the first time I laid on it. Tempur-pedic nailed it with this bed, its not too soft or too firm. I fall asleep faster, wake up feeling refreshed, and ready for the day! Before owning this bed, I had the cloud, which I also loved, but this bed is 10 times better! The only thing I do not like about this bed, is the fact I can't really tell that it sleeps any cooler than my cloud did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mattress after months of research online. We had slept on a Temper-Pedic two years ago on vacation and it was the best week of sleep. I finally just bought this one, and when I say I have never slept better, its an understatement. I actually sleep through the night now, and my husband who has a bad back hasn't complained in one month. It was a costly investment, but after the great sleep we are getting it is well worth it.

We have had our ProAdapt for about 3 weeks now and are still getting used to it - it is a huge departure from a conventional mattress and box spring. We both like the support we are getting, but find it a bit difficult to roll over and we find it "warm" (although that could be the change season too). I think with a bit more time we would probably give it 5-stars.

This is the first new bed my husband has every slept on. He is almost 50 years old and has only had hand me down or used mattresses his whole life. I finally convinced him to slurge on a new bed. He has never been happier with the quality and comfort this matress provides. Thank you tempur pedic and keep up the excellent work!

So a couple of things to keep in mind, the mattress takes a while to break in and can sleep warmer than other mattresses. With this in mind, choose appropriate bedding, my wife, and I use cooling sheets and blankets as anyone might in the summertime. After the bed breaks in, it does hug your curves and supports you completely. I have had ours now for two months and feel amazing benefits, no back or neck pain, worth the investment. We have tried other companies that ship in a box, and this is just superior quality and manufacturing. One thing I would like to note is they do have the top cooling layer to their bed with the tight-knit material, but you don't notice when sheets are on, unless you sleep directly on, which I know most would not do as it may void a warranty from stains. I wish Tempurpedic would offer the same quality of knitting for the bed as a sheet or blanket set. Pro is the comfort you will obtain, its truly unlike any other bed and it shows how they made memory foam their own. A con, it's relatively expensive, but its made in the USA and they employ US workers, this means a lot to my family. I suggest this bed for anyone with back pain or special conditions. Perhaps another suggestion I could make is most other companies will offer a full money back warranty with no restocking fees and an extended trial period, Tempurpedic is more conservative compared to others, but, they most likely incur more costs than the others do. Excellent mattress, try it out at a store first before buying, as there are many models. Its all about the right feel for you and your body type/preferences. Great bed, sleeping well! I love my new bed! It has the comfort and support of the Tempur-pedic foam PLUS that touch of a bounce to assist in turning over that the hybrid inner springs gives it. Best of both worlds! Deeper, more restful sleep Easy on my shoulders and hips when laying on my side Doesn't "sleep hot"
