Purchased the single carryon and was impressed that I returned it before my trip so we could have the two pieces. What a great price, and did have a compliment or two. So far, two trips down and everything looks great and reacts perfectly fine.

The build of this luggage set is, undisputably 5-stars for both the larger luggage and carry-on smaller luggage. CARRY ON Most full-service airlines don't bother to check the weight of the carry-on. As for the physical size, it is about 1 inch more than the maximum, but no full-service airline cares as it is insignificant. CHECKED LUGGAGE Super build BUT the check-in luggage is by itself 12.7 lbs when empty. That's the catch and will be a deal breaker especially for those who are constrained by the 50 lbs total check-in weight allowed by airlines. That said, most hardside luggage in this size category is around 11 lbs. So, it is heavier by ~1.7 lbs. That doesn't seem like much but it's a lot when compared to softside-luggage of the same size.

I recently took this luggage on an international trip with 2 transit points- meaning it was handled at 4 airports each way. The luggage made it through with a minor scratch and a slight dent. I have had 4 broken suitcases on the same route in the past one year. I read the details of the luggage and found it was made from 100% polycarbonate and was most likely manufactured by Samsonite. The luggage has smooth wheels that glide on multiple surfaces without much effort. The luggage is hard enough to withstand the rough handling by airport staff and is very impacted resistant. I'm very happy with the purchase and will buy again if needed.

My husband and I both bought the 2 piece Sam’s Club Luggage. It is very comparable to Samsonite. We used it on three European trips. I had to return one set due to a chunk taken out of the wheel during the last trip. It is life time guarantee so there was no trouble with the return. I am reordering.

We have two sets of these suit cases, the first one we got about 4 years ago and the other set this past year. We fly about four times a year and these work great. They are durable and are sized to match all the US and international airlines we've flow(but always check the airlines you commonly fly first). I would highly recommend them. Like anything they do show cosmetic signs of wear from the airline staff throwing them around but no functionality issues even with our older set the rollers still roll just as if they were new. We may buy another set if we need another checked bag - for this price it's worth getting the checked bag alone!
