Beautiful but stopped working after a few weeks

Looks great on the box but, had to return it because parts were missing.

Very large. Description matches product. Everyone loves it.

Easy to assemble. The hardest part was removing the protective film, but she sure sparkles now!

I named her Charlotte, and she is beautiful. I absolutely love this beautiful girl!

I bought this about a month ago. after put together found that one of the eyes is totally missing. Went to store and they told me to contact CS on pckg and that they will send another eye. They said others had same problem and it would be sent. I have not heard a confirmation or BOO in over 10 days...Without the other eye it looks stupid. Maybe customer service could contact me?

Pros: very large and sturdy. Bright colors and looks great. IF you can get it assembled. Cons: I took someone's advice and took that hour to remove all the plastic wrap. Then time to assemble. Each leg is marked as to where they go. The problem is that all the legs and body are on one electrical line. So legs are impossible to untangle to the point of being able to put together. After 30+ minutes, this struggle (and getting nowhere) made me realize I would have to do this twice a year (put up and take down). Then I realized all on one line if a light goes out its impossible to fix. The plastic around legs is thin and held by zip ties. No way to do light replacements. In the end I returned it. Had they made each leg independent and plug into body it would be great.

An absolute waste of money. It took me over three hours to try to assemble this piece of crap. It is completely impossible to assemble. It comes prewired and tangled beyond being able to untagle it. I tried to take it apart by the wire. You would have to be a licensed electrician to have any chance of putting this together. You would have to keep cutting the wires and assembling the legs one at a time and then would have to reconnect all the wires. I would give negative stars if I was able too. I want me money back. Even better I want my time back. I want the three hours back it took trying to put this together.

It's really cute looking, but for $70, the construction could have been a lot better. It's challenging to get it untangled to assemble it, and the materials aren't very sturdy.
