[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously owned a Samsung 2017 model with a computer screen in the door….we really liked it but after 8 Ice maker repair kits, we were told it was unrepairable and since it was warranted we received credit to purchase a new refrigerator. We then purchased this LG (took 5 months to get it!) and after a month use, we love the new LG! At this time everything works flawlessly! The features and roominess of this unit are very well thought out! Love the craft Ice maker too! This is a quality made refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. This unit has a lot of neat features. The Wifi Capability to monitor the temp, ice and filters is pretty cool. The door in a door is convenient. The craft ice is new feature for me and is fun for parties. It did take 48 hours to make its first load of ice but was able to freeze and cool items in less than 4 hours out of the box.

The view door with its own compartment is very handy for items more frequently used. The interior design allows us to see the items in the refrigerator much easier than our previous one The larger round ice cubes are great as they last longer in drinks yet you have a dispenser for regular sized ice. The counter depth feature fits the original space perfectly. Not only do the new features perform well but the refrigerator modernizes our 20 year old kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge after s couple of years of wanting it. It has lived up to our expectations except for one area. The water filter does not cut the chlorine flavor we get from our city water. This may be a result of the delivery and set up that was a terrible experience. Aside from that we find the unit itself convenient and the features wonderful, especially the craft ice and lit door.

Had this for over a year now. Been great and the craft ice maker is amazing. Incredible how cold it keeps everything. The flex drawer is super handy for soda, wine or anyhting that needs refrigeration... or just flip it to a freezer and you have way more flexible, dual use space than you would have ever thought. Great features like the InstaView door make is very easy to grab a quick gallon on milk, juice or whatever you use a lot of. The craft ice maker, in-door dispenser for water or ice, handy air and water filters, flex drawer and WiFi monitoring make this a real no brainer! I've highly recommended it along with all my LG appliances. Glad some of my friends and neighbors are enjoying theirs now as much as I do!

I have had this for about two years. It has great features, however both the craft ice maker and the indoor ice maker are totally unreliable. I have had to replace the craft ice maker twice and the indoor unit once. I would not buy this unit again.

The dispenser gives you water, ice cubes, or crushed ice. Lots of room for storage. The freezer is the two pull out drawers at the bottom. Easy to see all that you have in their.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look and features of this LG fridge but I've already had warranty replacements of the ice maker, condenser, coils but I'm having an issue with no ice production and lack luster freezing in the freezer.
