[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a new fridge with French doors and had looked for a long time. When we saw this model, it had all the features we wanted and more. Features we love: door in door; “4th drawer”; roomy shelves; deep produce bins; ice maker; water/ice dispenser; and overall appearance. Everytime i open the fridge, I am so happy we decided on this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. I wish we had space for a bigger fridge but our kitchen only has space for the counter depth one. I am a bit of a LG snob. Over the years we have owned many different brands but always turn to LG for replacements because their products have always lasted. I do hope that is still true being that we just bought a handful of their appliances for our new home. Here’s a few qualms I have with this one, I don’t like is the vegetable drawers, they do not open enough to access the drawer properly. Same thing goes for the freeze drawers. You have to fidget to get bigger items in and out. Again though that wouldn’t have been an issue with the bigger fridge. That’s just a counter depth thing with this design. Other than that I absolutely love it. It is fingerprintless, which means I am not wiping it off every time someone comes to the kitchen or a dog snoot presses on it. I love the door in door. Craft ice is nice but my kids love it as a novelty and use it more than my husband and I combined . lol. I love the WiFi option on it and I was very unsure about it upon purchase. I like turning on the ice maker to have extra ice for when we get home, or being able to adjust the temperature if needed without being there. Mainly ice is a big thing with us when you have 5+ people getting ice water all day. Also being told it needs new filters instead of waiting for a light to come on the front them forget about it when you walk away. Over all it was worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with this refrigerator. I thought there would be less storage because of the counter depth but it has so much room. I love the sliding adjustable shelf and the instaview door in door. My entire family loves the craft ice feature.

I’ve had this fridge now for almost 2 years. About a year into owning, the freezer stopped working. The condenser was replaced and it worked fine. A year later, condenser was making noise. It turned out a line was rubbing against the condenser and the vibration was making the noise. Both times under warranty, the repairs were fixed promptly. Daily use, the fridge works great! The craft ice balls take a while to make but we collect them and put them in a zip lock bag for future use. This way the ice maker makes more. Counter depth is plenty room for our family of 5. Some may need more space. I do recommend this LG fridge!

Love the overall design and function of this fridge. What I don’t like is the fact that it will not cool the topside of the fridge to its lowest setting. I I have fridge set at 33 degrees I have a digital thermometer inside that reads the high and lows of a 24 hour day as well as the current temperature. I would not and do not expect for the daytime temps to necessarily get too 33 degrees, but I do expect that it would overnight. Typically runs between 35-43 degrees. Which meets FDA requirements for refrigerated foods. Still it should keep food cooler than it does. Yes it is pulled away from the back wall has plenty of circulation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally very good. Filter replacement for water is very difficullt. Craft ice dispenser gets clogged periodically. Cumbersome to find things in the freezer, next time side by side freezer. Poor customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is it a beautiful addition to our kitchen but the doors and drawers are extremely functional. The dual ice makers are an added plus especially when you have guests. Clean-up is a snap inside and out. Best refrigerator I have ever owned.

Had this fridge for a month now and so far I love it! Counter depth is smaller inside, so if it’s just 2-3 people using it’s just fine. Be aware that tall bottles of anything don’t fit upright. We’re just going to start buying shorter things (ketchup, salad dressing, etc.). Be patient with the craft ice! It will stock up. It took about a week for freezer to get to the right temperature to start making the ice, and it is very clear when putting the spheres in a drink! We don’t use craft ice everyday, so after a month there is quite a stockpile! And, both ice makers are pretty quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased one 3 years ago and August 2023 the compressor went and lost all the food. The LG app is a waste because it showed the refrigerator was working with no issues. Everything was defrosted and app stilled showed 35/0 temperature. It took over a week to get it fixed and found out this product had compressor problems. All my other appliances are LG and hope they hold up. I never got payed back for someone to check my frig.

They should not have cut cost and put a dispenser in that has auto shut off, show the water measurement going out and have a method of asking for a specific measurement. There preset measurement system is useless since you still need to hold your container against the switch. These are available from other manufacturers for years. In addition to an extension to support larger water containers. Otherwise, we like it.
