[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the king size bed for my husband as he was having sleep issues. No more - he loves the bed and rests so much better. We are waiting for the installers to return my call to customer service last week as the adjustable frame was not installed correctly (the mattress slides off the foot of the bed frame if we put the bed in the upright position). Pending their satisfactory correction if that issue I can't say enough good things about the bed.

We unfortunately had to use our warranty because our mattress was sagging after 4 years. We decided to upgrade to a better mattress. When delivered it felt like a concrete slab! We slept one night & it was miserable, called Tempurpedic the next morning & we were told we could NOT exchange for a different mattress because it was a warranty replacement! SO, apparently Tempurpedic can send out any crappy mattress they want & if it's a warranty replacement the customer has ZERO RECOURSE! Unbelievable that they would treat 15+ years customers like this!!

Love the adjustable feature, especially if stuffy nose, neck sore etc. We bought a split king-it's nice to have separate adjustments for position. Does not sleep hot at all-temperature very consistent. Have only had for a few months but comfy immediately and has not dented/sunk. Takes no time at all to get comfortable. My neck has felt great since getting this bed. Cons: ordering process was chaotic. It took longer than expected without much communication. I'm kind of bony and don't move much in my sleep-the bed is so comfy I don't really move so my arms are both going numb if I sleep on my side. No problems in other beds. Also, split king is hard if you have small kids-someone ends up "in the crack" if they get in bed with you. The crack isn't terrible but I often wish we had gotten the king.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had followed the recommendation of a "known consumer magazine" and bought their top rated mattress in 2019. Less than a year later, that mattress was causing me to wake up with a sore hip. This mattress took care of the sore hip!

I'm very disappointed, because the people who worked here told me that the medium hybrid would work for my height and weight as a side sleeper. I am 5"3 and 135 pounds for reference. My hips are very sore as I'm building up pressure points and I can feel the supporting layers underneath. This bed is way too firm for a side sleeper of my side. I wake up every day with a sore back sore ,sides and sore hips . I toss and turn all night long and have very bad sleep. I will say though it's not hot and it does not feel like you're on a heater or anything like that, I'm not a hot sleeper though so I'm not really sensitive to that. But that is only plus side I can think of. Unless you're a bigger person I warn you to not get this if you are a petite side sleeper, it is extremely firm and so uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truly amazing. My body no longer hurts when I wake up. At first I was worried bc it didn't feel the same as the store. But after about 3 weeks it literally feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Love this mattress!!! There's nothing I don't love.

When the mattress arrived after the first night, they raved about how the mattress helped them sleep better, their backs were no longer aching and also that the mattress was so great that they didn't want to get up in the morning for work. Thank you tempur pedic for coming through !!!!

I had my previous tempurpedic for 17 years and it was time to get a new one. I was really undecided between the medium and the firm. In the store the medium felt too soft and the firm felt too firm. I have alot of spinal back and neck issues so I decided to go with the firm. I figured I could always put a mattress topper on it if necessary. I'm so glad I went with the firm. No topper needed. It took about a week to get used to the firmness but now I feel like I like the support of the firmness and the conforming nature of the top layers. After sleeping on the firm now for about a month, I feel confident that the medium would definitely have been too soft for my back. For reference purposes I weigh about 230 lbs. I feel the upper layers contouring within the first few minutes after getting on the mattress. Although it's a pricey mattress compared to others, I feel it's worth it and I'm glad I went with the tempurpedic again. Definitely also glad I went with the firm.

Love this mattress! Every aspect of this purchase went extremely well. Our sells person was very knowledgeable and a great help. Delivery was on time and setup went fast. Best of all we are getting a great nights sleep. I'm no longer awaken by my spouse getting up during the night. This is our first tempurpedic and we will never go back to the innerspring mattress.

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life!
