We bought this bed 2 1/2 years ago, on recommendation from a family member.... salesman at Slummerland pushed this mattress...now I know why... depressions with mid bed "ridge" VERY uncomfortable on back and joints!!!! The 10 year warranty was denied... "depressions not deep enough".... NOW WORKING TO TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY TEMPUR PEDIC!!!!!!!!

After 20+ years on a Sealy Perfect Sleeper bed set, my first Tempur-Pedic has performed beyond expectation! Initially thought to be "too firm" the mattress has adjusted my posture alignment and I have longer rest periods as I also tend to awaken less during sleep periods. I am an avid marathoner and I notice aches and tender spots I might go to bed with appear to be gone when I awaken. I am so glad I finally purchased this bed set and look forward to comfortable blissful rests on it.

After my husband fell and fractured his pelvis our current mattress was too soft. Our sales person recommended the firm Pro-Adapt and it was amazing. SOLD! We also purchased the adjustable base for the mattress which we highly recommend. The first night with the mattress and base we slept 9 hours! The base has done wonders to keep my husband from snoring.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a Tempur-Pedic for years. I held off due to the pricetag. However, after recently being in an auto accident, I was miserable at night. I would toss and turn and was in extreme pain. I decided it was time for the Tempu-Pedic, regardless of the cost. It has been the best decision I have made and regret not doing it sooner. I sleep incredibly better and it helps greatly reduce my pain. I absolutely love my new bed. Only downside: I never want to get out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the adapt medium which was too soft for me and slept hot so I upgraded to pro adapt firm, it's A lot cooler and the sheets don't sink in and move around.. I noticed the beds do off-gas and need to air out for a few days. Final conclusion- the bed is outstanding it contours to your body the way it should and yes you can still sleep on your side. I look forward to getting off work every night now. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!

With my old mattress I woke up with a back ache everyday. I purchased the Pro-Adept along with an adjustable base and I sleep usually around 5 hrs undisturbed and no more backache! I never slept more that 2 hrs at a time at the maximum before I was up walking around. I feel so rested now obviously I don't need as much sleep as others because before with such broken sleep I was always tired.

After sleeping on my Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid for a month, I can honestly say that I am very pleased. There was an adjustment period for my body, because I had been sleeping on a too soft mattress, and for the mattress to be broken in. I was suffering a lot of pain during the day from Sciatica, but even during the adjustment period, my new mattress was alleviating my pain, allowing me to sleep. I purchased the adjustable base, also, which I am enjoying, as it helps with back pain and other health challenges. As a 78 year old, I did a lot of research before I purchased, seeking comfort, cooling, and a good investment, and this mattress and adjustable base, as well as the two cooling TempurPedic pillows are just what I needed. I would recommend it.

We have the best nights sleep now. We had heard rumors that we would need time to get used to our new mattress. We adapted the very first night. The most comfortable mattress ever. It also only takes us about 2 minutes to fall asleep, no more tossing and turning. We have been married for almost 40 years, so we have tested and owned quite a few mattress and this one is by far the best!
