We've been Tempur-Pedic customers for more than 20 years. All of our expectations have been met by Tempur-Pedic's products, customer service, etc.

When you lay on the bed at the store it feels nice and cool. Unfortunately it's not like that when you sleep on it. Otherwise it's comfortable.

Best night's sleep in years with zero neck and/or back pain in the morning. I use in concert with the "cooling foam topper" and all is well.
