We are still breaking it in but I will say it is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We did trade out the box springs for the smaller version because of height issues. We wished the box springs came in a small, medium, or large. We would have preferred a medium height. Still we are enjoying great sleep.

The Pro Adapt soft is not what I would call soft. It is firm with a little hug to your body. Easy to turn over in. The cooling gel center doesn't really help a lot when having a hot flash, but the mattress doesn't sleep hot. We have only been sleeping on this for a month. My shoulder would hurt after sleeping, not any more. They tell us it will get softer. I think it will be 5 stars then.

Nice mattress, and I love the removable cover. I do not recommend the firm mattress if you turn in your sleep or sleep on your side often. I wake with a stiff spine and sore shoulder and hip joints if I cannot remain on my back all night. It's decently comfortable although it is not what I expected.

I cannot be more pleased with my mattress. I never thought a mattress like my hybrid existed. It has by far exceeded ALL standards of perfection for me. I struggled with the price, trust me I did. After trying and returning other reputable mattresses from other companies , I bit the bullet and went forward with Tempur-Pedic. I can honestly say they are worth every penny. I am a customer for life. The adaptability, comfort, firmness, coolness is literally tailored to my body. This company knows waht it's doing.

Originally ordered the Cloud online and then cancelled and upgraded to the Adapt pro med-hybrid. We also got a smart base. It took forever for one order to get cancelled and updated. Further more, we never received our $300 special package(protector, sheets, pillows). With the money we spend on these products, a 3-5 day window for email correspondence is absolutely absurd.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. I never knew sleep felt so good until my Tempur experience. Got a Split King with a ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and the ProAdapt Soft. Talking about the best of both worlds. Now all I want to do is sleep! I alternate sleeping on each and discovered that I like the hybrid better, but I wouldn't trade either for the world. Tremendous relief from my chronic back pain. Did I tell you about the Ergo Smart Base? A must-have for your Tempurpedic mattress. I got one with the SleepTracker. Amazing! No more bumping into things with the smart lighting. Unlimited adjustable positions, plus the presets. I haven't even started to use the massage. The daily sleep tracker reports is the icing on the cake. Didn't realize my sleep quality was that great. Bottom line, I will not sleep on anything else.

Relative to other beds and based on timeframe (6mths as of nov 2022) proadapt med hybrid is the best bed for pressure relief with support that i have found. I dont like the slow sink of the all memory foam bed and this hybrid counters that effect nicely. I am side sleeper predominantly, 235 lbs and need some give in the bed w/o sinking my hips (hammock effect) this bed has performed very well to date. I changed my mattress protector and sheets to bamboo which help diminish any hot spots that I was experiencing with cotton sheets and the tempur mattress. Although i didnt want to pay this much for a bed .... thus far it has been a great purchase well worth the money if i can get 10 years out of it.

This is hands down the most incredible mattress I've ever slept on. It's fantastic for both side sleepers and back sleepers. The mattress is firm/supportive for your spine, however, the memory foam ensures that the surface is soft. It's definitely worth the price!

I've actually enjoyed this mattress more than I expected to. My previous experiences with memory foam haven't been great, since I tend to sleep warm. But I've been very comfortable with the ProAdapt despite the weather getting warmer. As a side sleeper I prefer a softer plushier mattress and this has been doing the trick. It's soft enough to not cause me hip and arm/shoulder pain from being on my side, but still very much supportive enough. I'm very happy with it!
