The mattress in the store felt much softer than the one we received. We complained and were told it will soften over time. I had my kids pound away jumping on this thing and it has never softened. Now TempurPedic will not honor the warranty. Stay away if you want a soft mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got my Tempurpedic mattress and I'm sleeping better than ever. My matress is firm, yet comfortable and supportive. I wake up refreshed and happy. It is simply the best purchase I have ever made.

I toss and turn a lot on this mattress and if I sleep over 6 hours, I wake up with pain in my middle to lower back. I am 6'2" and weight between 195-200-ish. I have been to both my family practitioner and a chiropractor to confirm that I do not have any back issues, injuries or circumstances that would cause me back pain. I travel for work and will sleep on a hotel mattress at least a couple times a month and usually sleep like a baby with out tossing and turning and with out back pain. My wife also did not like her bed and ask that I put her Next Alexander Hybrid back on her side. I will probably go with a Sealy Posturepedic . I bought them for my 11 and 16 year old and they love them.

The Pro Adapt Soft mattress I have sleeps hot, despite following all of the advice from customer service reps. I am petite, under 120 lbs, and over 70. I am also experiencing tingling and pressure when I lie on this mattress. I want to love my mattress and give great reviews, but I am dealing with a dead end. Comfort level is not covered in warranty according to the company. Alan I need your help.

Our first mattress sagged after 4 years and super uncomfortable. Our warranty replacement is just as awful and painful to sleep in. Haven't had a good night sleep in 5 years. My husband now has sciatica and hip issues due to this awful bed. Do not waste your money on this awful product. The worst mattress ever. It is not comfortable

I Love my new bed! I sleep much better now. I love the fact that you can lift both the head of the bed and the foot of the bed. Both at the same time if you wish. I haven't experienced anything about the bed that I do not like. It certainly has made my life a lot better by giving me more comfortable sleep ! MMJ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally bought a new mattress this year. Although I cringed at the price, this mattress has been amazing. My joints feel good when I wake up. Before I would wake up, My back would be killing me and every joint in my body would hurt. Buying this is the best decision we could have made. It is not hot to sleep on. I do not toss and turn all night like I use to. I barely feel my husband move. I never thought I would sleep this well. I highly recommend this bed! We have not found any negatives yet.

Is taking me a while to "break in" the mattress. I feel sad because after almost three months my mattress still doesn't feel soft and confortable. On the other hand, I was sick on bed for a week, and I never experienced back pain as I have before with other mattresses after being on bed for that long. Me está costando acostumbrarme al colchón. This mattress is amazingly comfortable, we have only had it for about a month but we are sleeping like we never slept before. My husband always had a backache and his shoulders would hurt with our old mattress, now he wakes up pain free. I am getting a very restfull nights sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted a Tempur-pedic bed, though I've never pulled the plug on buying one because I was a little concerned with price. I finally bit the bullet since I spend a third of my life in my bed and I am so glad that I did! I used to wake up with a little bit of back pain but now that I have a Tempur-pedic, I wake up refreshed and I'm absolutely in love with this bed. The bed is the perfect firmness and I also bought the electronic frame that lets you tilt your head and feet up- it's amazing!
