For me, it does help my back pain because I been having back pain for a long time. This products does help me support my back while i'm sleeping on it. I would recommend this products to my friends and family.

I've have semi-quality mattresses all my life. This one kills them all. I bought a FIRM because is stops me from the tossing and turning. I also have Sleep Apnea. 1 Month into this mattress and I'm hooked. I have nights I don't recall tossing or turning. My body is well rested and I'm adjusting to the firmness of my mattress. I also purchased 2 Cloud Firm Pillows and 2 Neck Pillows. All well worth the investment of many years of restful sleep.

I expected that it would probably take a few weeks to settle in to a new mattress but was very surprised that it was so comfortable from day one. I have back pain and being able to adjust the mattress position with the Ergo base has helped my back pain tremendously. I am getting a much more restful night of sleep.

This mattress was a great purchase! Both my wife and I suffer from back pain and this firm mattress that adjusts has improved our sleep tremendously! We love that we can adjust the height of both the head and feet....this allows pressure to be taken directly off of the lower back. The firmness of the mattress did take a night or 2 to adjust to, but we are so happy with our decision.

The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. This mattress is VERY firm, it works well for my husband's back but too firm for me, luckily, I read the reviews and one person stated the mattress topper solved the probuand it really did! However, if there are two of you, I would highly recommend getting the split to keep everyone happy, especially when one wants the head up and the other would like it flat.

It will feel a bit firm when new but will eventually break in. With the Tempurpedic protector, I don't fee the cooling properties much. In warm nights, I wake up sweating and had to change my shirt a couple of times in several occurrences. I am not overweight or have health conditions. Just saying. Overall a great purchase. You will appreciate it more when sleeping elsewhere for a couple of days, and coming home to your Tempurpedic! Don't settle for less.

I have been using this bed for over a month now. I really love the flexibility it provides to raise on either side, particularly for my consistent reading habits. The firmness helps a lot more for my back support. Sleeping patterns have changed for betterment. In all a great gift for myself.

I wavered with my decision to buy this mattress and after opting for a less expensive alternative I knew I had made a terrible mistake. I returned the offending mattress and decided that my comfort is worth the extra cost of a tempurpedic mattress. I'm extremely happy that I went with the pro adapt medium hybrid.
