This is our second experience with TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses. We purchased one in years ago and it is still in use today by another family member. We passed it along to another family member due to heat generated while sleeping. We were pleased to find that TEMPUR-PEDIC adapted to newer technology and incorporated COOL technology into the Pro Adapt mattress. The mattress is comfortable, however, it does not retain the coolness that was experienced as we tested the model in the store. We feel this could be caused by the TEMPER-PEDIC factory mattress cover we purchased and installed. Overall the mattress is good and we are happy with the performance. We believe the defining test will be during our high humidity, hot Florida summer that is fast approaching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our five year old traditional mattress with the hybrid - husband loves the way he feels when getting out of bed in the morning, likes how the bed conforms to body shape and really appreciates that he doesn't fell the bed move when wife is restless and is getting up at the wee hours of the moring. Wife enjoys a great night of sleep when she returns home after a week of business travel.

We have owned a TempurPedic mattress for many years, our old queen size was still as good as new, we put it in our guest room. My wife needed a firm mattress due to back and hip pain. The Tempur- ProAdapt Firm mattress was just the ticket. We have slept on it for 45 days and she has been pain free ever since. It takes at least 30 days to get broken in, at first it was too firm for me but now I am very comfortable sleeping on it.

I agree with so many reviewers....I used to be up and down all night with hip, leg and back pain. Now, I find the mattress supports my whole body and it almost magically has made my pain go away. Not only am I sleeping all night pain free but I also wake up pain free for the next day. I am overweight and found that other mattresses just didn't support like this one. Extra expense, yes......but you absolutely get what you pay for in this mattress!! We were told we had 30 days to decide if we liked it and my husband and I both agreed after just three nights that no one was taking this mattress from us. Love, love, love it!!!!

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Pro adapt bed! Back ache is nearly gone, my husband's snoring is minimal with just a push of a button. What more could I ask for? Nothing beats a good night's sleep. So much that I bought another one (temper-cloud that comes rolled up) for our cabin in the mountains. A splurge? Yes but comfort is worth it! Only downside to new one; a tad bit too firm. Now I need a 1" topper but can only find a 3" which is too squishy for me.

I love the mattress and it's very comfortable the only thing the top of the mattress material is very slippery so when you put on a mattress pad it is very slippery and slides. I wish they had used a different material for the top part of the mattress. You can purchase a mattress protector from them but I've read some reviews and sounds like it bunches up and is slippery also.

Prior to purchasing our Tempurpedic, I had lower back pains from our cheap traditional spring mattress. With our new Tempurpedic ProAdapt Firm mattress, my back pain is completely gone now. I sleep so well and wake up re-energized. We also purchased the tempur brand sheets and they make a world of a difference! I love how the memory foam slowly conforms to your body and cradles you like a baby. The mattress is worth every penny spent and I will be buying only tempurpedic memory foam mattresses moving forward.

We love our new mattress. We are an elderly couple with many aches and pains. Both of us are sleeping better then we have for a long time. Couple issues, small ones tho, are unless you want to spend a lot on a set of fairly average sheets from temper pedic made specifically for their beds, it is hard to find really good fitting ones. Also be prepared to spend a lot for these mattress'. If you can afford it then it is worth it. But don't go into debt for it.

We received this bed as our previous Tempurpedic Contour Elite which was only 2 1/2 years old was defective and after trying the new Pro Adapt soft mattress a few nights we tried to exchange it for a Pro Adapt Medium mattress and were told we could not after we were given the run around. so we got rid of it. Ten nights of very uncomfortable rest was all we could take. We have been exclusively Tempurpedic customers since our first mattress in 2002 and have owned three mattress since but will not purchase again.
