Delivered when promised. Truck had lift gate. Driver rolled it into my garage with pallet jack. Robust packaging and banded to a skid. Works as intended with no issues. Surprisingly quiet. I run this on natural gas only. On first attempt to start, It started on 3rd try. When you initiate starting, it will crank for about 5 seconds then stop. I guess this protects the starter. Subsequent starts it fires right up. There is no plastic cover or electrical connection cable included. The 12’ gas line hose included is 1/2” diameter. This is the best value I could find for anything comparable.

This thing is nice. I bought it because I have natural gas ram to the house. I’m very happy and only done the break in running my camper but have it to back the house up.

This is a great i have only used it in gas mode. Runs over 8 hours with camper AC on 68. 30 amp camper using the 50 amp plug. Also my buddies generator with out of his camper ran a 30 amp cord from the 220 twist lock and now running his camper also. Very heavy left it in the back of my truck. Loaded it with my tractor .

Generator was delivered on time and perfect condition and is everything I hoped for. The tri fuel is the only way to go.

Great generator used for over 200 hours, easy to use, overall quiet and provides a lot of power! Used on our food truck and at times ran for 72 hours straight with short breaks to refuel. Got it on a $750 samsclub discount great deal!

Fuel efficiency is impressive I got several hours of run time on a single tank, and the noise level is surprisingly manageable compared to other generators in this class. The outlets are conveniently placed and include both 120 V and 240 V options, which made hooking up my tools and home circuits easy.

I purchased the GENMAX 4000 iA knowing that I needed to have a powerful, reliable and easy to move unit that could handle operating several things in my house if we ever had a power outage. I am glad that I made this purchase because an ice storm took out our power for 4 days. I set this unit up quickly to run temporary heat and lights, and it handled everything for the entire outage. Super quiet when it was in low idle mode and extremely strong when something demanded power. It ran about 6 Hrs. under heavy load with a full tank of gas. It started back up immediately after refueling with one pull, no problems! The weather was about 12 degrees Fahrenheit, day and night and the GENMAX was perfect! I have owned and operated many generators; this brand is incredible. If you need a small self-enclosed generator, get this product! It’s absolutely worth the money and built incredibly well. Strong, quiet and lightweight! Starting is so easy, which was important to me as well.

Purchased the Genmax 11000 about 8 weeks ago. The Genmax arrived via a delivery truck and everything was in perfect condition. The generator was well boxed to ensure the product was not damaged. I was surprised how well made the Genmax is and think it will provided years of great service. We purchased this product as the emergency back up generator for our whole house. This handled our 5 ton air condition with no problems. We did have a soft start and interlock system professionally installed by the electrician. We live in the Houston area. Natural gas will be our preferred fuel source. Would like to see a custom Genmax dust cover included.

Only run for one hour break in so far but seems nice and is quiet. Only issue so far is when researching this before buying, the manual stated it was a floating neutral generator with an included bonding plug which is what I wanted for connection to my house as backup power. However, when it arrived it is a bonded neutral and there is no information on the Genmax FAQ page that the manual points you to on where the neutral to ground bond is that you need to remove. Genmax service also still thinks this model is neutral floating by default and I had to send them a picture of my front panel to show them that it said Neutral Bonded. They did not have any updated instructions for this model either.

First , let me say it is a BEAUTIFUL generator ! On the initial unboxing, I was very impressed with what appeared to be a well thought out product with excellent build quality. It came well packaged and the delivery went smoothly. The generator ran great for the first 5 hours of light runtime. I ran it for about 30 minutes each month to verify I could trust it an emergency. I only ran it on propane, so I can’t comment on the generator’s gasoline output. It cranked very well each time , and made close to its rated output. Unfortunately, in the 12th month of ownership, the generator began to only output 120 volts. I made sure that the unit’s 120/240 volt rocker switch was in the 240 volt position. Luckily, I was still 6 days (! ) from the end of the 1 year warranty with Sam’s Club and they allowed me to return it. The truck they sent to return it just left today . Overall, I am disappointed because I really liked the unit, but after reading reviews on Genmax reliability , I am beginning to believe there might be more reliable generators out there. If I hadn’t checked it one last time , I would be singing a different tune right now. I will say that Sam’s Club has been good about the whole thing . They sent a large truck to get this thing, so that saved me having to transport it back to my local club.
