I also appreciate that it is sugar free and has such a high level of protein in just one serving! My favorite way to add protein to my diet is by making a protein coffee and this chocolate shake was the perfect addition to my espresso shots in the morning 👌!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a variety of reasons, I have been trying to increase my protein intake. I was happy to try the OWYN Pro Elite plant protein shake. And of course, chocolate is always going to be my go to flavor! This small bottle contains 32 g of dairy free protein, and zero sugar! The bottle claims it contains only what you need which seems to be the case. It does include 100% plant-based protein, all essential amino acids, 3 g of prebiotic fiber, and on and on! It contains no dairy or gluten, no peanuts or tree nuts, no soy or eggs, no fish or shellfish, and no artificial colors or flavors! So that's pretty impressive! The taste is rich and chocolatey, I would not necessarily know this was dairy free. There is a slight aftertaste, as with any protein I have ever tried. It is slightly metallic, but it is not overwhelming and not really unpleasant. All in all the benefits outweigh the tiny aftertaste. I'm a fan!

Great macros, lots of plant protein and fiber to keep you feeling full for hours, clearly written simple ingredients, yes it includes seed oils (because seed oils are perfectly safe if you aren't drinking them by the cupfuls) Flaxseed oil is especially good for you. I don't refrigerate mine as it does make it thicker. I just shake it very well and drink it at room temperature. Sweet but not too sweet, smooth and chocolatey. I've noticed I don't eat as much on the days I'm too busy to fix a proper breakfast when I at least drink this shake, so it's helping me keep my goals. For me, I greatly prefer pea protein to whey, it's better for MY body and I like the taste. If you don't like the taste or texture of pea protein, this probably isn't the shake for you.

I was really looking forward to finding a protein drink that didn't taste artificial or was sweetened with bad things but I couldn't get over the taste and how sweet it was. The texture is smooth and thick. But the taste itself was lackluster. I was able to taste the soy/plant protein and i was not the biggest fan of it. But considering what it provides, it makes up for it. It comes in a tetrapack so long shelf life is guaranteed here.
