My wife and I... really appreciate this shake! I hesitate to say we "enjoy" it exactly because it is not the same delicious milk-shake flavor of some other brands - but that is exactly what we expect and appreciate. We want our shake to be amazing protein, super clean, and acceptable taste. If you want a yummy "I'm savoring this hot chocolate from a bottle" experience, this might not be your best choice. If you want a pretty good dark chocolate taste and GREAT contents, this is the one for you. And, our vitamins really settle well with this shake, unlike some others we have tried.

There’s no after taste or gross texture and the chocolate flavor is amazing. As a vegetarian I’m always looking for ways to incorporate as much protein into my daily diet and this is the perfect way. You can't possibly appreciate the ingredients and the taste unless you are actually eating a real keto diet which means very low carbs and no sugar to speak of. The ingredients are some of the best I've seen for a keto product and the price is very low comparatively speaking.

Definitely a good amount of protein with 32 grams. Doesn’t really have a chalky protein taste but I feel like the after taste tastes like root beer. Had my son try it and he thought the same.
