This also doesn't impact me but it's gluten free and top 9 allergen friendly. This is a great little shake. The flavor is also good and chocolately. It doesn't have a bad protein shake or protein powder flavor. I'm a fan for sure. the screw top lid also made it very easy to throw in my work bag or purse to bring with me on a rushed morning!

Love the ingredients and love it. It's good for me. It does gas me up a bit but not enough for me to not drink it. This is my favorite protein beverage! There are very few options that easily get you 32g of tasty protein that easily. I recommend this to all. The best thing is it's not too thick. I like the texture too.
