I drank mine cold from the carton and I loved it. I usually like a protein shake as part of breakfast. This definitely fit the bill. The packaging is easy to open and non messy. The cap makes it easy to transport if you need to as well. The protein amount of 32 grams helped it to be filling as well as delicious. I also felt like the ingredients weren't too bad.

It definitely tastes chemically altered. I don't like it. What I ever buy it, No I wouldn't. It's 200 calories and has 32 g of protein.

Texture is a big thing for me and I found it just a little too thick for my taste. Someone suggested letting it get colder next time. I'll give that a shot since they're available at so many places and affordable. I did like the taste. Didn't have that funky or gritty aftertaste like some protein drinks.

It's a bit sweeter than I would prefer, but I just don't like things that are too sweet. Other than that, it doesn't taste chalky or like some other protein drinks.

It definitely has that lingering sugar-free taste to it. It is dairy free and gluten-free. I do love that it's only 3 g of carbs, but I can't get past the taste. I'm not sure if the non-dairy free option taste like this because I don't know if it's the sugar-free or the dairy free that's making it taste like this. I really do like the chocolatey flavor of it. It's just that aftertaste and it does have a chalky after taste a little bit too. I wish I did like the taste of it because I love all the benefits of this. Like everybody else I was on that coffee/protein kick there for a while, but I do like to have a straight protein drink after I work out and I tend to go towards a shake more because it does fill me up and gives me the protein I need Now my husband loves the vanilla flavor of this one which I am surprised because of the whole aftertaste. I didn't notice any difference really in my energy. I did shake it very well. Also, I do have a little bit left in the container. I may mix it with my coffee tomorrow to see if the taste gets any better. Sometimes when it's mixed with another product, you don't get that after taste as much so we will see.

However, I cannot get over the taste. I have had many other chocolate protein drinks similar in nutrition that taste much better.

This shake has 32 grams of plant protein. I appreciate the high amount of good clean protein in this drink. I do prefer a blended protein shake which you could use this for as a base, but if you're on the go or short on time you can drink just as is. The taste is better than most protein shakes. I got the flavor chocolate and want to try the other flavors. I also like that there is 0 sugars and Net carbs. I took a star off for the natural flavors and some other ingredients. I recommend this protein shake and will repurchase.
