Daity free is nice because I have had to go less dairy recently and id a great option to meet my protien goals. It does have a sweet after tast that im not sure if I am a fan of.

The smell of the shake is not the best either which made it harder for me to enjoy. I do enjoy that it is non-dairy, but would not be buying again.

The one negative is that it contains 200 calories; so this wouldn't be something I want to drink every day as I'm trying to cut calories. I've also tried it added to coffee do a protein rich coffee drink and it added notes of chocolate milk! I would definitely recommend this to someone who is looking to add more protein to their diet and that loves chocolate taste!

It has a great creamy, chocolate flavor with awesome amount of protein that keeps you full for quite a bit of time! I'd say this would be perfect to have for breakfast or post workout. This does have stevia in it, which is my worse nightmare but thankfully you don't notice it in this beverage. Give it a try!

He is diabetic and the zero sugar is perfect for him to get a chocolate fix but still get something sweet. I asked him if he thought it needed to be mixed with anything he said no but I'm sure you could if you like to make a shake with it. The price is almost too good to pass up in a pinch.

I wish it was in a plastic bottle instead of the carton but that's fine. Very versatile shake can be used in smoothies etc.

The texture was a little too thick for my taste, but that was easily remedied by adding water. I drank half before my Pilates class and half after. Didn't feel nauseous or like it sat heavy during my class. There's a small artificial sugar taste when drinking it, but it didn't leave a weird aftertaste. I like that it doesn't have dairy whey in it, as that can cause acne. I prefer protein bars to drinks (they're a little more filling) but would definitely purchase this one for some on-the-go protein. Definitely recommend!!
