There’s a ton of protein in it though so that helps and the no sugar is good too. I add it to my coffee as creamer helps take the thickness away. After trying one, I'll take another one later. According to the manufacturer, the drink must be stored without opening. After opening the package, you need to drink it within a few minutes. And indeed, to get enough protein, you need to drink a bottle faster. Excellent composition. It consists of organic products. I think it will be well absorbed by the body. He came back home the next day and said it tastes very good, and it’s something that he would drink in the future. He likes the chocolate flavor as well as the benefits of the drink as he doesn’t eat much at work. He doesn’t feel anything wrong with his digestion after drinking this as well.

I love mixing protein shakes in with my cold morning coffee or anytime during the day for a pick me up. I live a low-carb lifestyle so was happy to see that this has zero carbs. It has a minimal amount of ingredients which is always great. Plus you can pronounce all of them. I do wish it was a bit lower in calories, but that wouldn’t stop me from drinking them because they are quite tasty. Has a nice chocolate flavor. Not a watery consistency like some protein shakes have. A nice semi-thick consistency. Best part is one shake has 32 grams of protein! Would definitely recommend.
