I drink high protein shakes a lot and this has the worst taste of any I've tried. Yuck! I tried a different kind of OWYN that had sugar on it and that one was quite different - tasting. Stick to Premier Protein or Members Mark high Protein shakes. don't waste your money.

Bought a carton of these recently. I believe 12 in a carton. Most all of them had a slow leak in the bottom of each container. If that wasn't enough, the taste of the product was not good. If I had to describe the taste I would say it was like drinking a metallic dark liquid of some kind. I ended up throwing them all away.

I thought the chocolate flavor was good, and had more of a dark chocolate flavor than a milk, chocolate flavor. The protein is plant based making us a good vegan option if you don't eat animal products. The amount of protein is comparable to other shakes which is exactly what I would expect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange of an honest review. I tried the OWYN protein drink, and it's okay but not my favorite. Compared to other protein drinks I usually have, you can definitely taste the protein taste. It is not terrible by any means, just not as flavorful as I prefer. That being said it's still decent and does the job if you're looking for a plant base protein option.

Great macros, lots of plant protein and fiber to keep you feeling full for hours, clearly written simple ingredients, yes it includes seed oils (because seed oils are perfectly safe if you aren't drinking them by the cupfuls) Flaxseed oil is especially good for you. I don't refrigerate mine as it does make it thicker. I just shake it very well and drink it at room temperature. Sweet but not too sweet, smooth and chocolatey. I've noticed I don't eat as much on the days I'm too busy to fix a proper breakfast when I at least drink this shake, so it's helping me keep my goals. For me, I greatly prefer pea protein to whey, it's better for MY body and I like the taste. If you don't like the taste or texture of pea protein, this probably isn't the shake for you.

The flavor I chose was the chocolate, and it was a very strong almost chocolate mousse flavor with a hint of coffee. I chose to dilute it with a little bit of milk because it was a bit too strong flavor for myself, but once I added 1 cup of milk I absolutely loved it. I did refrigerate before consuming, did not add any ice or anything else other than as mentioned. I really appreciate that it contains 32 g of protein, as I'm always looking to increase protein in my diet. I definitely would like to try their other flavors. I don't think I could drink the chocolate flavor everyday, but if I was to rotate it with other flavors I would really enjoy it every week.
