[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my family try this and it was not popular, my husband drinks a lot of protein drinks/shakes and said it tastes like metal and like a really bad protein powder, my two oldest daughters wouldn't drink it because of the smell and my youngest said it was okay but didn't want anymore. Overall no one liked it.

Don't understand the negative reviews. This protein shake was recommended by my nutritionist because of its clean ingredients and great for FODMAP diets. It was a life saver for me! I set up baggies of handful of spinach, berries, banana slices, chia seed, hemp seeds and flax, freeze and add in blender with Owyn with almond/oatmilk. Delicious! Even have my 90 yr old mom loving them.❤️

Most protein shakes that come in this type of carton don't taste the best, but this one is one of the better ones. It's a good amount of protein, easy to shake and ready to drink. The consistency isn't too bad either, it's not too thick but it's not too watery either, a good in-between. Good on it's own, but I enjoyed it mixed into my coffee too.

I had a hard time getting it shaken hard enough to get all of the powder to mix well so when drinking it was a little chunky but just very un appealing, I liked that it was dairy free for those that are lactose intolerant and packed in a lot of nutritional needs in a little amount of consumption. Easy to read the nutritional values and ingredients. The container was cardboard so after drinking, you could smash it down and have it not take up as much space in your garbage can.

It looks put together with nice packaging . I will say it did keep me full and I didn't have to eat for hours. It's a thick consistency like milk almost. Does not taste good at all and reminds of when I ate play dough as a kid , no offense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite way to consume protein drinks is to mix into my iced coffees. Unfortunately this one didn't taste very good mixed. However, alone it wasn't too bad. Wasnt my favorite chocolate protein shake I've ever tried however for plant based protein on the go with the assurance you're not receiving any yuck artificial sweeteners , sugar, or sugar alcohols, it's a solid on the go option for packing in that 32 grams of protein!

This chocolate one has 32g of protein, zero sugar, and no milk, so it doesn't weigh down your stomach. Great for post-workout or when I need something quick and nutritious during the day. The texture is creamy and the flavor isn't cloying. It's already become one of my favorites.

It's a bit sweeter than I would prefer, but I just don't like things that are too sweet. Other than that, it doesn't taste chalky or like some other protein drinks.

It has less sugar than my normal protein drink and more protein. That is impressive! The chocolate flavor is smooth, and the drink is creamy. I wouldn't know that the milk is missing from it either. The drink has a sugar free taste, so if you love sugar you might miss it. There is no grit. However, this is a great plant based protein drink overall.

I liked the chocolate taste, helped me to avoid snacking, helped lose weight, my blood glucose control was great, got muscle, can run and lift more…I use a glucose sensor on my arm so I can check which drink increases my sugar. I felt energetic on the days I had OWYN. Not too sweet, like some other sugar free shakes, still I can combine it with my other smoothie mix, like sprouts in a blender. iI am very busy, so this is great to have on the go like for early morning.
