This is the WORST tasting shake I've had so far. First swallow, not bad. But the aftertaste is disgusting. It will reach up and slap you. I have issues with most dairy so was looking for plant based protein drinks. I do not mix it in n other food which I see many do. I've tried both chocolate and vanilla. And so expensive.

I could taste the protein in this one and personally for me I don't really want to taste that. I like their chocolate flavor and how this is very easy to carry on the go, I think I might just stick to my premier protein ones though

On their own, these do not taste great. It might be the monk fruit, but these taste as if someone made a Tootsie Roll flavour of cough drops. However, I've purchased at least three cases of these in the past, and will continue to do so when they are the cheapest option, because the protein and fiber content is pretty alright, and they're not so bad if you cut them with something else. I personally mix them into microwaved frozen berries, a bunch of chia seeds, and some almond juice. This way, the fruit, almond juice, and slime from the chia seeds turn OWYN into a much more palatable ooze that slides right down. Good job, OWYN.

The consistency of the drink was okay, but the flavor no no, I thought I was drinking a weird substance with chocolate flavored. I didn’t enjoyed it and I was starving. The sweetness was just too much. I know those type of proteins drinks taste different than a chocolate milkshake but you want to be also be able to enjoy it. Don’t recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad they have a plant protein available that doesn't taste terrible! I have a whey protein allergy, so these are perfect for on the go. My grandma also uses them daily to make sure she gets the protein she needs. Very tasty and easy to drink and doesn't upset our stomachs.
