I love that this is a healthier option than some of the others out there on the market. This makes a wonderful option for those that have certain allergies to soy, dairy, wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, shellfish, fish, and sesame. I also appreciate that it is a plant based protein with zero added sugar. This shake does have a thicker texture. The taste isn't absolutely terrible. It reminds me as far as taste of Ensure. My biggest complaint would be that it does leave a bit of a not so pleasant after taste. Outside of that, I think that it has potential and would be a top and safe choice for those with food allergies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was very excited to try this because of the packaging and how pretty it looks, the no sugar, and plant based aspect. when I got it opened it up almost immediately (after shaking of course ) and it was not good! it tasted like watered down chocolate with a very bitter aftertaste that kind of taste like the coating on the nintendo switch cartilages. i would definitely not recommend this, i couldn't even finish it!

Overall I really enjoyed this ready to drink shake. I've tried a decent amount of no sugar protein drinks and typically they tend to make them too sweet with either monk fruit or stevia. With OWYN I thought it had a really good sweetness level and the chocolate flavor was really tasty. The formula itself had a really good thick and creamy texture. I thought it was a pretty good size for a shake. I plan on picking this one up occasionally because it's more convenient then buying a powder and trying to get it lol mixed up. I like that it's self stable before opening as well so it'll be easy to keep a few in the pantry.

It's super sweet and you wouldn't know that it's dairy free. I'd recommend if you need to avoid dairy, but are looking for something healthy to replace a meal!
