As someone who is lactose intolerant, I appreciate that this is high in protein despite being plant based. It’s slightly thick but not overly so and actually tastes like chocolate. It does have that chalky taste that protein shakes have but that doesn’t bother me.

It gives me good, clean energy, sits well on my stomach, and digestion has been easy with no bloating. The texture is thick and creamy, and the chocolate flavor is actually good not chalky. It is on the sweeter side, but in a nice, satisfying way.

Don’t understand the negative reviews. This protein shake was recommended by my nutritionist because of its clean ingredients and great for FODMAP diets. It was a life saver for me! I set up baggies of handful of spinach, berries, banana slices, chia seed, hemp seeds and flax, freeze and add in blender with Owyn with almond/oatmilk. Delicious! Even have my 90 yr old mom loving them.❤️

The texture is creamy and smooth with no grittyness. It kept me feeling full for a while. It is very convenient and could be used for a meal on the go. I loved it! Very frustrating to not be able to trust a product that shows as allergen friendly. There is nothing listed under the ingredients that my son has allergies to, yet half way through drinking he started to from hives around his mouth. I googled and started reading about others who had this same experience. We gave it to our friend who has no allergies and he had to stop drinking because his throat felt itchy. What is in this that aren’t telling us?
