It does contain many different natural ingredients like pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, spinach, kale and broccoli all great digestion, skin and immunity. It does have a chalky taste to it, you definitely taste the chocolate too. It is so sweet in my opinion. And I didn't like that chalky taste. It is not thick in consistency. Overall, this would be great for someone who is plant based and loves sweets.

I wish this drink was different. Let me start by saying the actual taste is not bad, but the after taste and texture of this made it really unenjoyable. For those used to the sticky texture of a protein drink, will probably really like this version, but for me, I need the texture to be in the thicker side, like a smoothie and not coat my teeth afterwards.
