Just looking at the nutrition you really can't beat this. It is very thick and not sweet so if you're sensitive to that it might need something added (I put a shot of espresso in mine sometimes). Worth it to me!

First 3 cases I purchased was great. Flavor is real good. The last 2 cases were thick as pudding. You cannot drink it, you will have to eat it. I will be turning the remainder of the case to ice cream. Will not buy again.
