I probably wouldn't have tried these if they weren't on sale, but I enjoy them, and they provide the nutrients and protein that I need for my weight loss journey.

This is all vegan and only what you need except flavor and a shake you almost have to chew. If you need vegan it might be for you. I won't do it again.
