I love this product because it is Stevia sweetened as well as keto friendly. I've lost 22# so far having a shake for dinner. It's a good natural alternative to man-made ingredients

I really enjoyed how easy this made getting some good protein in. Despite being sugar-free, it didn't have any of those artificial sugar alternatives, and instead used natural sweeteners which I really enjoyed and appreciated.
