[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is surprisingly very nice. It says no sugar but it's definitely very sweet. The best part is it's a dairy free option. It's really nice. It's very hard to find something which has a 32 g protein and It doesn't taste like cardboard. I would say this is pretty similar to fair life protein shake, and tastes amazing. The consistency is just like you would have with the whole milk, protein shake, and the after taste is very pleasant I would recommend this one.

It was also super easy to drink the whole thing. And didn’t make me feel overly full. Plus you don’t get that overly full feeling like you need a walk to digest it.

It’s very hard to find a protein shake that meets those needs. I like to pair it with a shot of espresso, it gives a chocolatey mocha taste perfect for a morning protein boost.

I started the keto diet five months ago and these shakes were instrumental in not only making sure that I stick to my keto diet, but also in maintaining good gastrointestinal health as dairy-based protein shakes tend to have unpleasant side effects for me. Since I began my keto journey, I have dropped over 55 pounds and have successfully left the 200 club. I don't think I could have done it without these shakes.

I do prefer Whey for building muscle and recovery, but plant is also necessary! It tastes pretty good, but slight taste of some type of plant in there as well. Not bad, and would drink for the protein, maybe not the taste. I appreciate the no sugar!
