I loved this protein shake because the flavor is great AND THE MACROS ARE GREAT. The macros definitely compete with another brand in particular that is out of supply often.

Tastes terrible, has a nasty after-taste, leaves me hungry and gives me gas. Only thing going for it is that it’s lactose free but there is an alternative that is far better.
