Also not grainy which is a big plus. It’s thicker than other shakes but you’d expect that from a higher protein shake so consistency is not my favorite but tolerable. Lastly, I opted in for this because they were suppose to send a pack of 15, NOT ONE CARTON. So 4 stars for consistency and saying I’m going to be getting a 15-pack and sent me one measly carton.

It lake the sweet richness you might expect from a chocolate shake. But sweetened with monk fruit instead of cane sugar, it’s suitable for keto or low-carb diets and avoid sugar spike. If you really need that 33g of plant protein and want a clean, allergen-free shake with zero sugar, this is a viable option. That said, the flavor and consistency fell short of expectations, and you pay significantly more than for regular OWYN shakes- which might taste better despite offering only 20g protein.

They do not upset my stomach or make me run to the bathroom at all. These shakes were a life safer after I had extensive dental surgery and was on a liquid and soft food diet.
