They are packaged great and travel well. However, if you drink out of them they are messy. The liquid drips down onto my shirt almost every time. It works well with a straw but I don’t always have one. Otherwise they are delicious.

The ingredients are clean and easy to understand I have a lot of food allergies so it makes it really easy for me to find something that I can take on the go with me for protein but also when I can't have solid food. I actually already used this brand I just haven't tried the 0 sugar yet. The only difference I notice is that it has a bit more aftertaste. You still get that chocolatey taste, but it has more of an aftertaste. The texture is really smooth when it goes down your throat. I personally like it when it's cold. I don't like it when it's hot. The container is easy and portable to use. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a boost of protein or who has food allergies and need some sort of nutrition at least temporarily.
