I love that it's free from almost everything and is sweetened by monk fruit, which I couldn't taste, and has such sustainable packaging. I imagine it would be amazing in a post-workout smoothie, so I plan to buy some more and try them in other ways.

Very thick, almost like pudding. As a matter of fact, the first couple I put in a bowl and ate it like a dessert. Not a bad taste but not very drinkable. I then squeezed out a gulp and filled the container with water. Shake it up and it is passable. Would not buy this product again.

While it was chocolate it didn’t possess any strong cocoa flavour which I thought would be an excellent pairing with a protein shake. I cannot attest to it’s efficacy since I only received one ☝️ serving. I did however add a bit of cayenne pepper with ice and drank it accordingly.
