He mentioned the shake didn't have any weird aftertaste. I would say this a great option for protein and low sugar.

It is a plant based protein of their own blend, which the label says is made up of pea protein, pumpkin seed protein, and flax seed oil. Overall it has 32g of protein and 200 calories. It does contain monk fruit and stevia as the sweetener. Based on the label it is one of those drinks trying to jump on every buzzword and diet trend currently happening. It is in one of those tetra coated cardboard containers. Which means it is not recyclable and that it does not stand up straight and has to be laid on it's side because the bottom folded flaps create an irregular bottom. Flavor wise it is fine, I probably could not distinguish it from any other premade chocolate protein shake. That sort of off chocolate taste, with a slight after taste. It is a little more protein, but also a little more expensive than other brands. It is still probably more cost effective to get a tub of powder and make your own. But if you are looking for premade ones to have on hand this isn't bad. It will mainly come down to your personal dietary requirements if this would be a good option for you or not.

These shakes are great only in the fact that they provide lots of protein in a drink. However, this drink is so thick it literally has to be squeezed out of the carton. The texture reminds me of the thick, slickness of milk of magnesia. I will not be purchasing them again.

They claimed this is no artificial sweetener and no sugar alcohols. This is great when you drink cold and I feel it too sweet to me but it is okay in general.

It tastes good and chocolatey at first, but the aftertaste is very heavy in soy flavor and there’s some bitterness in the aftertaste as well. The consistency of the shake is good and it is well mixed. The calorie to protein ratio is also good. I just am not a fan of the flavor at all. There’s better vegan products out there. I would not purchase this for myself.

It gives me a full 32 grams of clean protein with zero sugar, which is perfect for my active lifestyle and when I’m tracking my macros. I love that it’s allergen free (no dairy, soy, gluten, or nuts), and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other brands. The chocolate flavor is rich and smooth, especially when it’s cold it tastes like a dessert without being overly sweet. The texture can be a little thick sometimes, but I just shake it well and store it in the fridge, and it’s perfect. Honestly, it’s a little pricey, but for the quality and clean ingredients, I think it’s totally worth it.
