Each bottle packs a solid 35 grams of protein, which is perfect for post-workout recovery or as a quick meal replacement. I really appreciate that it’s completely plant-based, free from dairy, soy, gluten, and artificial ingredients. It’s also easy on my stomach, which is a big plus since some other protein shakes upset my digestion. The taste is surprisingly good for a plant-based protein — smooth and not overly sweet. My favorite flavor so far is Chocolate, but the Vanilla is also great. The texture is creamy and doesn’t feel chalky like many others. The first box was okay, but for the price I picked up a few more (during a sale). The taste isn't great but it started to grow on me. The next two boxes I got were MUCH thicker. So thick I would have to squeeze the carton to get it to start flowing. I will not be buying again.
