It doesn’t have a chalky texture like some protein shakes and it’s actually quite smooth so I’m guessing the contents mix well when shaken. It also isn’t overly sweet. I kept him full til lunch so he’s happy with it. He did note he didn’t like the flavor much but that is probably more of a personal preference thing. He’d definitely like to try other flavors though.

This was great to grab on the go when I needed the extra protein when I did not have time to grab lunch. This one carton has 32 grams of plant protein and it's delicious. I like pouring my chocolate protein shake over ice. It has pumpkin seeds,spinach, kale & broccoli as some of the ingredients. I normally don’t like protein drinks because of the chalky taste but this didn’t have a chalky taste it was smooth and not too heavy on the chocolate.I definitely could see myself drinking these in the morning and still being full until lunch. I also like that I can read every ingredient included.
