It’s great that it has 32g of protein but there are better tasting protein shakes out there (Fairlife!!) that have comparable amount of protein.

Has mostly clean ingredients still has some bad oils but no dairy which it’s soo nice and I see the potential in the taste however it is very grainy, and the stevia leaf taste is definitely the most overpowering. This is not a beginner’s protein shake but it’s 32g for 200 calories and plant based so this is for the people with allergies to other shakes that are more disciplined

It comes in a small portable package that is great on the go. It's high in protein, making it very filling and suppreses hunger very well. I knocked down the score because when i signed up, i was told i would get a multipack. But i only got a single serve packet.

The ingredients look pretty clean, mostly water and protein powder. I enjoyed the diary free take on this. The texture was nice too, went down smooth. This was good on its own but you could blend it in a smoothie or use it any way you would like any other liquid. While I can’t comment on its effectiveness since I only tried one I can say that it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, tasty, plant based protein option.

About Flavor - I got chocolate flavor. Chocolate flavor liked as bitter, smokier, leaning to dark cocoa tones. Dark or cocoa Chocolate has lots of benefits. So liked it. Some has Burping and farting like crazy, bcz of Pea protein but I was so comfortable and enjoying drink without any these issues. My kid love it too. Highlight points- 1. I purchased this during a sale, hoping to find the right shake. It has the iron I need, and about 1/4 of the fiber as well. The taste is not the best, so I take it in sips during class. It keeps me full and keeps my glucose levels under control. I will buy it again when a sale comes up. If you can get past the flavor, then it's a great thing to have.
