However, I don’t like the taste. It is so sweet even though it said 0g of sugar. I believe it’s from the monk fruit and stevia but honestly, it’s still very sweet for a no sugar added drink.

Really appreciate the smooth texture and the fact that they are not chalky. The low sugar content and lack of artificial sweeteners acts as positive aspect. The first thing I have to rave about is the amount of protein in this product and the ingredient list. The nutritional information, the fact that it is plant based protein and the amount of protein would make me possibly buy this product. The other side to my review is the taste. I’m not sure if it’s the monk fruit extract or the stevia but I cannot get past the taste. It is not chalky at all and the consistency is pleasant. Maybe this would be better mixed with coffee, but I’m not sure I could get past the taste. If the price was very right I might consider buying this and choking it down to get the protein in.

Plant based protein shakes that are decent are really hard to find, and while this isn't an absolute winner for me, it's definitely in my top three when I need a quick grab-n-go. The texture is very creamy, and I don't get any grittiness that traditional shakes can have. That is thanks to the oil and gums found in the ingredients, but that's one of the things that can't be avoided when not working with whey proteins. The taste is very chocolatey on first sip, but there is a pretty intense aftertaste that I'm not fond of. I have a feeling it's from the monk fruit, which is a sweetener I just don't jive with, but it isn't intolerable. If you chug it quick, you never really notice. But if you like monk fruit, it shouldn't bother you! Overall, it is a good product. Just be aware of the ingredients used to achieve the creamy texture and monk fruit/stevia if you don't like those.

It tastes good and chocolatey at first, but the aftertaste is very heavy in soy flavor and there’s some bitterness in the aftertaste as well. The consistency of the shake is good and it is well mixed. The calorie to protein ratio is also good. I just am not a fan of the flavor at all. There’s better vegan products out there. I would not purchase this for myself.

Unfortunately, the chocolate flavor was a huge letdown. The taste is very artificial and has a strange aftertaste that lingers. It also has a gritty, chalky texture that makes it hard to drink, even when shaken thoroughly. I’ve tried many plant-based protein shakes, and this one is by far the most unpleasant in both taste and consistency. For the price point, I expected something much better. Definitely won’t be repurchasing.
