I drank this with a salad at lunch while at work and I felt good and didn't get a late afternoon slump. I like that it's vegan and has no sugar. The smell was nice and tempting. No lingering after taste or upsets. Still, the actual taste at room temperature wasn't for me. I highly recommend trying this chilled instead. Great size and #fun package that stood up to some travel in a smashed bag. All the #goodness to the content had my favor too. So the only downside was the actual room temperature taste. I expected more sweet and chocolate with the super smooth texture. Price per isn't terrible and availability seems reliable.

This does have great ingredients and if you are lactose sensitive, it works. It also has fiber which is really important. The taste is certainly different than whey but I have been drinking protein shakes forever and don't need the sweet. Whey is just a much sweeter taste. This has so many good ingredients, it is well worth it.
