I literally look forward to it every morning, Sometimes I get fancy and blend it with banana, avo, or a little kale —total bliss! But honestly, it tastes amazing all by itself too. It doesn’t have a chalky texture like some protein shakes and it’s actually quite smooth so I’m guessing the contents mix well when shaken. It also isn’t overly sweet. I kept him full til lunch so he’s happy with it. He did note he didn’t like the flavor much but that is probably more of a personal preference thing. He’d definitely like to try other flavors though.

While these are natural , they still give the drink a metallic aftertaste that is common with non-nutritive sweeteners. If you can get over the aftertaste, it’s pretty good, but I will not be adding this into my routine.

It was chocolate flavored plant base gluten-free vegan and non-GMO it also has zero carbs so if you’re looking for something that is taller efficient for your weight loss goals this is perfect.

You have to shake it well before drinking it. It has a nice thick consistency. I drank it as my post workout meal and it kept me full until it was time for dinner. I would definitely buy this as my on the go source of protein.

I typically love most products Sam's Club stocks, but this by far, is the absolute worst. The YUCK Factor for me is 90% extra thick consistancy and 10% not so good taste. The thickness makes it almost intolerable to drink. It's seriously like drinking a bad off brand of chocolate pudding. I have to mix it with water to thin it down enough to get it in. I hate to waste it because the health benefit is good and I paid so much for it. I'll suffer through this one pack, but I definitely won't purchase again!

Freeze for an hour or two to make it thicker and taste just like a milkshake. Dr The high protein is great for people with health issues. No Weird Aftertaste I Highly Recommend. The other flavors are good too.
