About Flavor - I got chocolate flavor. Chocolate flavor liked as bitter, smokier, leaning to dark cocoa tones. Dark or cocoa Chocolate has lots of benefits. So liked it. Some has Burping and farting like crazy, bcz of Pea protein but I was so comfortable and enjoying drink without any these issues. My kid love it too. Highlight points- 1. The taste is okay, not amazing, but it’s what you’d expect from a protein shake. Still, it’s way better than most other plant-based shakes, which usually taste chalky.

I do wish this had a little less sodium, but that is the only room for improvement here. The taste is great with no weird smells or aftertastes. Consistency is smooth and creamy. I practice Muay Thai, which is pretty vigorous training, so making sure I have consumed enough protein a couple of hours before a class is key for me. Otherwise I tend to get light headed. The 11 mg of iron in this also helps prevent that. No lightheadedness for me with a huge thanks to being fueled by these!

It’s one of those starting to taste good however I added ice to make it pop in this hot. Good protein portion so gets my recommendation. I just didn’t like the texture a bit so one star off.

The ingredients look pretty clean, mostly water and protein powder. I enjoyed the diary free take on this. The texture was nice too, went down smooth. This was good on its own but you could blend it in a smoothie or use it any way you would like any other liquid. While I can’t comment on its effectiveness since I only tried one I can say that it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, tasty, plant based protein option.

The texture is pleasantly creamy and as a female athlete, I love the high levels of protein and iron and the general nutritional profile. For me, ideally it would have way, way less monk fruit and stevia. If you’re not used to those flavors the first sip will hit really unpleasantly although it fades as you drink. I would absolutely buy a version of this drink with a little sugar instead of monk fruit/stevia.
