Compared to most other supplements that only had a small amount of protein, this one had a more palatable taste. The protein level per ounce is unbeatable when fluids are being closely monitored, as in the case of a dialysis patient. Additionally, taste and focus are crucial for tolerating big intake amounts when you or your loved one cannot handle them and every ounce must be counted. This was a great choice because it's "ready to go" and eliminates the need to carry about heavy powder to measure or wait for a liquid to be added and then shaken until your arm is ready to fall off because they don't dissolve well.

But definitely didn’t necessarily enjoy it. That being said, it’s probably the cleanest, in terms of ingredients, protein shake out there. I drank mine warm so would probably be better cold.

They are packaged great and travel well. However, if you drink out of them they are messy. The liquid drips down onto my shirt almost every time. It works well with a straw but I don’t always have one. Otherwise they are delicious.

These by far are the best tasting protein shakes. Not chalky & 32 grams of protein is a lot for a on the go shake. I put these in my coffee or my overnight oats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not care for this product at all. It has a very artificial sweet/sugar flavor and that’s all I tasted. It might be the stevia. It might be the monk fruit. Not sure. If you don’t taste those sweeteners, then read on. The chocolate flavor is not super strong. It is quite thick in texture but not powdery or chunky. It is quite filling. If it had real sugar I’d consider adding it to my routine I think, but I just couldn’t get past the chemical flavor. But that’s just because I can’t do artificial sugars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be perfectly frank, this drink is disgusting. While it has good macros, and I like the ratio of calories to protein, it taste disgusting! On the front end it is incredibly sweet and artificial tasting, with a strange texture. On the back end, it leaves a strange herbal taste on my tongue. I think for the price point there are much better options on the market (that taste a lot better!!) Would not recommend.

Its like drinking ten year old halloween chocolate snot. The taste is not great and the texture is horrible, especially when cold, then it's thicker. However, on days that I don't drink one I can tell I don't feel as good and I have less energy. I have an autoimmune that is causing an iron absorption issue, I was previously extremely acnemic. I have tried lots of things to help me, these are by far the most effective for me and these have helped me tremendously. I also really appreciate that through sam's, I can have them delivered right to my door.

With 32g of protein, it’s perfect after workouts or as a quick meal. Not low-calorie, but it keeps me full. Tastes great for a vegan shake!
