This does have great ingredients and if you are lactose sensitive, it works. It also has fiber which is really important. The taste is certainly different than whey but I have been drinking protein shakes forever and don't need the sweet. Whey is just a much sweeter taste. On the front end it is incredibly sweet and artificial tasting, with a strange texture. On the back end, it leaves a strange herbal taste on my tongue. I think for the price point there are much better options on the market (that taste a lot better!!) Would not recommend.
