[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t tell you how long I’ve searched for a good chocolate vegan protein drink, so I’m thrilled to have finally found one. The texture is smooth like a melted shake, not at all chalky. It also doesn’t leave a funky after-taste, nor does it taste like pea protein. With many pea-protein based shakes, you can taste the peas, and I don’t know about you, but I want to keep my greens and my chocolate shakes separate, ya know?! I will definitely buy more of this. It’s very filling, and at 200 calories a shake, it easily fits into a low-calorie plan. 5 stars. No notes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chocolate protein drinks are Awesome! They are delicious with added protein they have minimal sugar, they taste Awesome and are smooth. They do not upset my stomach or make me run to the bathroom at all. These shakes were a life safer after I had extensive dental surgery and was on a liquid and soft food diet. I was not allowed hot drinks so these definitely help my caffeine and coffee cravings. They do help with a little energy and the texture is smooth, they are best refrigerated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the OWYN 32g Protein Shake in Chocolate flavor for free from Influenster Unfortunately, the taste really didn’t work for me. It had a chalky texture and an artificial aftertaste that I couldn’t get past. To be fair, the box was delivered on a hot day and sat outside in the sun for several hours, so that might have affected the flavor — but even so, I don’t think this is something I would purchase on my own. Still, I truly appreciate the chance to try it, and I know this product may work for others!

The ingredients were spot on and the packaging was pretty decent. The taste on the other hand had that same irritating aftertaste that keeps me from drinking these regularly.

I decided to give OWYN protein a try since it was a bit cheaper than Fairlife Protein. I was very disappointed in the taste of OWYN. I had to chug it down because the taste was so bad!! The consistency is very thick as well. The ingredients are good, but I can only drink it if I put half the OWYN in a cup of coffee. I will stick to Fairlife.

The chocolate flavor is rich and smooth, without any chalky aftertaste. It’s easy on the stomach, high in protein (32g!), and free from common allergens. The texture is creamy and not too thick, which makes it perfect post-workout or as a quick breakfast. It came well-packaged, and the 15-count pack is convenient and totally worth the price. I love that it’s clean, vegan, and packed with good ingredients.

It does taste like chocolate kind of like almond milk chocolate with a bit of a pasty taste. Its 200 calories for 32g of protein which is not bad at all! Id recommend if you only drink plant based protein shakes!
