It has no sugar, no milk, so that makes the flavor not very pleasant, if you like protein and a little bit of sugar flavor, if you don't like sugar or milk, this protein is for you, so I recommend it to people who like that, but it's not really that good.

It wasn’t chalky in texture like other protein shakes and was well mixed. I’m sure that has something to do with it being plant based protein. I really wanted to be able to finish it but maybe there is something about the formula that didn’t agree with me.

While these are natural , they still give the drink a metallic aftertaste that is common with non-nutritive sweeteners. If you can get over the aftertaste, it’s pretty good, but I will not be adding this into my routine.
