It’s one of the best plant-based protein shakes I’ve tried. The taste is smooth and chocolatey—not too sweet, and no weird aftertaste. I drink it after my workouts, and it helps me feel full and energized. What I love most is that it has 32 grams of protein with no dairy or soy, which is great since I’m trying to avoid those. It’s also free from sugar and gluten, which makes it even healthier. The ingredients are clean—pea protein, pumpkin seeds, flax—and it gives me all the amino acids I need. The shake is also very convenient. I just grab one from the fridge and go—no mixing or measuring. It doesn’t upset my stomach like some other protein drinks have done in the past. Overall, I think this is a great product, especially for people who follow a plant-based diet or have food allergies. It’s a bit more expensive than regular protein shakes, but the quality makes it worth it. I will definitely keep buying this. These shakes are great only in the fact that they provide lots of protein in a drink. However, this drink is so thick it literally has to be squeezed out of the carton. The texture reminds me of the thick, slickness of milk of magnesia. I will not be purchasing them again.

Unfortunately, after trying it out, I didn't like it. The ingredient list seemed pretty good, and I liked that it did not contain added sugar, but the taste, which I thought was chalky, was not pleasing to my palate. Maybe in the future, if I get the opportunity to be sent another flavor, I will try it out, but I will not go out of my way to purchase the chocolate flavor, especially.

I normally don’t like protein drinks because of the chalky taste but this didn’t have a chalky taste it was smooth and not too heavy on the chocolate.I definitely could see myself drinking these in the morning and still being full until lunch. I also like that I can read every ingredient included.
