I had bought a lot of these bottles and they don't expire until January 2026 so I figure I had a good enough time to go through them I had been enjoying these for a while in past. All of a sudden the product is lumpy and in some cases can't even pour them out of bottle. Not just for this one but the vanilla version I bought This is a lot of product and money down the drain. As of now only the latte drinks and the dark chocolate are holding up and their expiration dates are earlier Very disappointing

Less ingredients, which is a plus for me, and it's all natural. I definitely recommend this if you are trying to lose weight or need a great breakfast drink.

I am wondering how were they even able to make this protein shake this good. Surprised to see reviews saying it had clumps. Most probably they did not shake it before drinking. Bottle clearly says- Shake vigorously. I had this protein everyday for 2 weeks and now considering to buy more in bulk to keep at home. Easy and quick to grab and go when you need to complete your protein intake throughout the day.

Doesn’t fill you up to much but worked great for a quick before the gym boost. Convenient if you don’t have time to make a shake. I prefer to drink them cold but they aren’t bad to room temperature either.

It said that the taste was not all that bad but it was kind of good not chalky. Positive notes it’s 0 grams of sugar so people watching their sugar intake this would be a recommendation for them to try. It’s nice and think as well as gluten and dairy free. Just shake and drink! Plant based 200 calories 32 grams of protein. He said he would be interested in trying other flavors due to him not being big on chocolate. So he will be looking into vanilla to try in future.

This protein has a great ingredients with 0g Sugars 0g and 0g Added Sugars Which is very good and supper healthy for everyone. It also has Calcium, Iron, Potassium. Their Carb just 3g which good for who don’t want to gain weight or on a keto diet. The texture is not too thick it is more thin and milky liquid. It is Vegan so perfectly for who vegetarians. Usually plant base protein doesn’t taste as good as like this OWYN 32. Highly recommended.

It's convenient to take anywhere because it's easily tossed in a chocolate bar. The only thing to keep in mind is that it contains 350mg of sodium. Effective for consuming the protein you need after a workout.
