You cannot tell this is plant based and also dairy free protein. It gives 32g of protein for filling your body with nourishment. It also has nine essential amino acid to support muscle recovery and optimal daily health. This is 0g sugar and 0g carb per serving, which is great because it does not have any artificial sugar in it. It is very delicious chocolate flavor, which is not too chocolate and it tastes very delightful to drink.

It definitely checks the boxes when it comes to nutrition and convenience. The chocolate flavor starts off decent—rich, not too sweet—but the aftertaste didn’t sit right with me. It had this kind of chalky, almost metallic finish that lingered longer than I expected. What really threw me off, though, was the smell of the bottle. Every time I opened it, there was this odd, almost plasticky scent that made it hard to enjoy the shake fully, even when it was cold. I ended up finishing it, but it was a bit of a struggle. I can see this working for someone who’s used to plant-based shakes or needs something clean and allergy-friendly, but personally, the taste and smell were a dealbreaker. 3 stars for the effort and clean ingredients, but not something I’d repurchase.
