I mean, don’t get me wrong if you need a protein shake or some sort of way to gain a lot of protein it’s good it’s just that once you drink it it has this weird aftertaste. And once you drink a certain amount it all just tastes weird. It is very effective though if you want to get in better shape. If it don’t have a that weird taste I wouldn’t even be able to tell the difference between this and chocolate milk. But I can’t blame it because for a protein shake it tastes decently good.

It was also a great way for me to get my protein in. I actually enjoyed drinking this and it was a treat for me. I love that it was plant based because as a vegetarian that is important for me.
