When out of the fridge, it tastes the best to me. I love that there is no sugar at all in it and that it has a great amount of protein in it. It is Dairy free and glluten free.

You can mix this with anything to add an extra amount of protein to your meal. The reason I took off one star is because of the aftertaste. It’s not terrible, but still has a slight aftertaste. Texture is not too thick compared to other protein shake I had try. I only have 1 as sample so I can't say about the effectiveness yet.

This dairy free “chocolate” shake was perfect for a quick breakfast and if you need to chug something to get your macros in. The ingredients were all things i know of and can pronounce - i took off 1 start for the gums. You can taste this but i know it’s necessary for freshness. If they can somehow make a new formula without gums i’m sold fully. If you are used to the stevia after taste this will not bother you but i think this is perfect immediately after a gym session or in your bag for a quick lunch or breakfast when you don’t have anything prepped. i typically blend and make my protein shakes at home, if this is not an option for you- i recommend to try this!

I’m not sure if they reformulated but i remember their shakes being some one my favorite non whey protein products. If you just care about protein than it’s fine, it’s bearable if you chug. Not gritty and would probably be fine in a smoothie, but on its own it leaves more to be desired
