This is great for a pinch when you are needing a good source of protein with not a lot of sugar so you don’t have a crash

Tastes good, is thicker than the Owyn in the bottle but once you drink a little you can shake it and it's not as thick

AWFUL TASTE!!! Don't buy. The OIKO brand tastes so much better. Not sure why Sam's stopped carrying them to carry this terrible brand!

My wife is on a special nutrition plan (SIBO) and this one of the few shakes that have minimal ingredients that will cause an inflammation reacation

Really great alternative to dairy protein drinks. It’s a little chalky, but the taste is good and it digests very nicely.

The consistency of this protein shake is way too thick. I wasn't able to drink this through a straw.
