[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OWYN Pro Elite Chocolate shake tastes great for a plant-based protein—smooth, not too sweet, and no weird aftertaste. Love that it’s vegan, allergen-friendly, and packed with 35g of protein. Perfect for post-workout or busy mornings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my fair share of dairy free products and this definitely ranks at the top. I tried the shake by itself and it had a great taste and smooth texture unlike other brands. I also put it into a blender with some fruit and it made the best shake!! This will definitely be my dairy free choice going forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the OWYN Pro Elite protein powder and it’s clean, high-protein, and actually blends smooth without being gritty. It has 30g of plant protein, no sugar, and is free from common allergens which I like. Taste is mild and not overly sweet, works well in shakes or mixed with yogurt. A bit on the pricier side, but worth it for the nutrition profile and digestibility. Packaging is good for grab and go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a pescatarian and lactose sensitive, so I love that this has 32g of only plant protein and no dairy! What a win. I do wish this had a little less sodium, but that is the only room for improvement here. The taste is great with no weird smells or aftertastes. Consistency is smooth and creamy. I practice Muay Thai, which is pretty vigorous training, so making sure I have consumed enough protein a couple of hours before a class is key for me. Otherwise I tend to get light headed. The 11 mg of iron in this also helps prevent that. No lightheadedness for me with a huge thanks to being fueled by these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OWYN Pro Elite Chocolate packs 32g of plant-based protein with zero sugar and clean ingredients, making it great for vegans and keto diets. The flavor is rich but not overly sweet, and the texture can be very thick—sometimes requiring dilution or blending. Overall, a strong choice for high-protein needs if you can handle the consistency.

I love that it’s 100% plant-based, dairy-free, and made with clean ingredients. The taste is smooth and satisfying, without the chalky texture that some protein shakes have. It keeps me full for hours and is perfect after workouts or as a quick breakfast on busy mornings. Plus, it’s packed with protein and nutrients — a win for both taste and health!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OWYN (Only What You Need) Plant-Based Protein Shake in Chocolate is a solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, dairy-free protein option that doesn’t sacrifice taste. Each 12 oz bottle delivers 20 grams of plant-based protein from a blend of pea, pumpkin seed, and flax, making it a great post-workout drink or on-the-go meal supplement. One of the standout features is the ingredient list…free from dairy, soy, gluten, artificial sweeteners, and common allergens, which makes it ideal for those with dietary restrictions. It’s also certified vegan and non-GMO, giving added peace of mind for health conscious consumers. Taste wise, the chocolate flavor is rich, smooth, and pleasantly satisfying. It’s not overly sweet, which is a bonus for those who prefer a more balanced profile. The texture is creamy without being chalky..a common issue with many plant based drinks. It's also relatively easy on the stomach and doesn’t leave a heavy aftertaste. Nutritionally, it includes 7 grams of fat, 4-5 grams of carbs, and 0 grams of added sugar, sweetened naturally with monk fruit and organic cane sugar. It’s a great option for anyone following a high protein, lowercarb lifestyle. While the price point is a bit higher compared to other shakes, the quality of ingredients and clean label make it worth it for many. Overall, OWYN’s Chocolate Protein Shake is a reliable, tasty, and allergen friendly option that checks all the boxes for plant-based nutrition without compromise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OWYN Pro Elite 32g Chocolate Protein Shake really impressed me with both its effectiveness and mixability. I felt more energized and satisfied for hours after drinking it perfect for post-workout recovery or as a meal replacement. The high protein content helps with muscle recovery without feeling heavy or bloated. Even better, the texture is super smooth no chalkiness or weird aftertaste. It’s ready to drink, but if you pour it over ice or shake it up, it stays consistent and creamy. No clumps, no separation just clean, plant-based protein that works!
